Terms of Service

Adam Sullivan – Photographer / Sullivan’s Fine Art

Welcome. By accessing any client gallery, placing an order, or using services provided by Adam Sullivan (“Photographer,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) through Pixieset or related platforms, you (“Client” or “you”) agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Intellectual Property

All photographs, images, and related materials remain the sole and exclusive property of Adam Sullivan. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use only (display in your home or office, personal sharing with family/friends). Commercial use, publication, resale, alteration, or distribution beyond personal use requires prior written permission and may involve additional licensing fees.

2. Client Galleries

Galleries are private and intended for the named Client and individuals the Client authorizes. Passwords and access links must not be shared publicly. Download permissions (full-resolution, web-size, or none) are set by the Photographer and may be time-limited. Unauthorized downloading, redistribution, or commercial exploitation of images is prohibited.

3. Print Orders & Products

Prints and products ordered through the gallery store are produced by professional third-party labs. Color, cropping, and finish may vary slightly from what appears on screen. Production and shipping times are estimates only. The Photographer is not responsible for delays caused by the lab or shipping carriers. Once production begins, orders generally cannot be canceled or refunded.

4. Pricing & Payment

Prices are as listed at the time of order and are subject to change. Payment is processed securely through Pixieset and its payment partners. You agree to provide accurate billing and shipping information.

5. Refunds & Cancellations

Digital downloads are non-refundable once delivered. Print orders may be canceled only before production begins. Defective products (rare) will be replaced at the Photographer’s discretion after review.

6. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, review galleries in a timely manner, and use the services respectfully. You are responsible for backing up any downloaded files.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Photographer’s total liability for any claim arising from these services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific order or service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data or temporary unavailability of galleries.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will be posted with a revised effective date. Continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
